MetaJournal is an educational trading journal and community platform. We provide tools for tracking trades, analyzing performance, connecting with other traders, and accessing educational resources. We do NOT provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or asset management services.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
MetaJournal offers the following subscription tiers: • FREE PLAN ($0/month): Limited features including 10 journal entries/month, 12 watchlist items, 3 trader follows, and 5 price alerts. • BASIC PLAN ($10/month): Ad-free experience, unlimited journal entries, unlimited watchlist items, unlimited trader follows, and advanced reports. • PRO PLAN ($25/month): Everything in Basic plus AI trade analysis, emotional pattern detection, advanced backtesting, and real-time broker integration. • MASTER TRADER PROGRAM ($50/month): Available by application only. Requires passing a certification test with 90% or higher score. Contact us via email for more information. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We are not responsible for: • Any trading losses or financial decisions made based on information from the Platform • Trade ideas, analyses, or recommendations shared by other users or Master Traders • Technical issues, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions • Third-party content, links, or integrations You acknowledge that all trading involves substantial risk of loss and that past performance does not guarantee future results.
When participating in our community features, you agree to: • Not share false, misleading, or fraudulent information • Not impersonate licensed financial advisors or professionals • Not engage in harassment, spam, or abusive behavior • Not promote illegal activities or pump-and-dump schemes • Respect intellectual property rights • Not solicit personal financial information from other users Violation of these guidelines may result in account suspension or termination.
MetaJournal uses automated tools to detect and prevent harmful, fraudulent, or illegal activity. These systems may scan messages, including private chats, for safety-related signals. MetaJournal does not manually monitor private communications. Human review only occurs if content is flagged by automated systems for: • Fraud or financial crime • Market manipulation • Threats of violence • Child safety concerns • Self-harm • Terrorism or extremist activity • Distribution of illegal goods • Severe harassment or credible threats If a message triggers a safety alert, MetaJournal may temporarily restrict account functionality pending review. Users consent to this process by using the platform.
All content on MetaJournal, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MetaJournal or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent. User-generated content remains your property, but you grant us a license to display and distribute it within the Platform.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
